In this role, you will work as part of a globally based, cross-functional team and will lead R D activities to help drive our growth agenda in the biscuit category. How you will contribute Will work with some guidance to plan, lead and coordinate technical projects in line with R D, marketing and manufacturing requirements Plans and executes work plans, including development of timelines, risk assessments and contingency plans Analyzes results of experiments and translates them into actionable recommendations with minimal guidance and support Capable of building a strong network in order to leverage internal and external expertise and employ digital simulation models to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner Has strong Project Management skills to drive multiple programs concurrently Must be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Possesses a strong technical understanding of the functional characteristics of ingredients and process unit operations, including how they impact finished products to meet consumer expectations Has a strong passion for translating technical solutions into consumer-centric ideas to fuel our Mindful Snacking growth agenda Has a digital mindset, with passion for understanding how digital tools can be leveraged to drive our growth agenda Moderate level of understanding of end-to-end development cycle (project charter to post launch monitoring and raw materials production through finish packaged good on shelf) What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

Certifications:
Minimum of BS in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.Job specific requirements:
- Minimum of 3 yrs. experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong technical foundation and technical curiosity.
- Ability to develop, plan for, and carry out benchtop, pilot plant and plant trials according to project requirements.
- Able to develop and drive technical projects with proper scientific rigor: conduct appropriate testing, gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations based on findings.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and manage complexity- from bench top to commercialization.
- Participate in cross functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to effectively communicate to all functions and levels within the organization Travel requirements: 10% but may need to travel as required to execute upon project requirements Work schedule: Must live within commuting distance to East Hanover site.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
