Process Technologist:

Lead product scale-ups, trials, startups, and process improvements Partner with R D, QA, and plant teams to move ideas into production Optimize formulations, reduce loss, validate ingredients/suppliers, and support equipment/asset use Manage specs, formulations, documentation, and SAP updates Use data and CI tools to make processes better, faster, and more efficient. What you bring to the Process Technologist role: Food Science (or related) degree or equivalent experience At least 3 years in dairy or food manufacturing with continuous improvement exposure Knowledge of dairy processing, food safety, plant operations, and lab/pilot equipment Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills Comfortable working cross-functionally and traveling as needed Better Process Cheese School certification may be required.
