Review assay lab procedures and methods. Liaise with contract miner and engineering team. Assist engineering team with slope stability monitoring and assessments. Oversee and assist with blast hole sample preparation and organization. Oversee sample preparation technicians.

Knowledge of porphyry copper deposits. Ability to readily identify copper/moly minerals and log blasthole chips. Strong knowledge of Vulcan or MineSight software, AutoCAD, Trimble Business Centre (TBC), and MS Office products. Knowledge of sampling theory. Strong understanding of assay methods, procedures, and sample flow though the assay process. Surveying and assay sample preparation experience a plus. Geotechnical and/or database (acQuire or Datashed) experience a plus. Excellent planning and organizational skills; self-motivated, team oriented.
