Senior Environmental Engineer / Geologist (PE or PG)

NOVA Engineering & Environmental is seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant for their corporate headquarters in Kennesaw, GA office. The right candidate will have 10+ years of consulting experience on due diligence projects. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Duties:

Senior Reviewer for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II Remediation Activities Project Management, report writing, business development duties Indoor Air Quality Consulting activities (mold, asbestos, lead-based paint) Underground storage tank removals Cross-train with Geotechnical Engineering and Building Envelope/Facilities service lines Mentor junior staff and review reports

Requirements:

Degree:

Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science 8+ years' experience with due diligence projects (Phase I, II) Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) is required Experienced with Phase I and II ESAs, Soil/groundwater sampling, PFAs, Brownfield work, Soil vapor, Risk Hazard Assessment, Vapor Barrier design experience Good communications and reporting skills Project management experience Experience with review of due diligence reports.
