Air Emissions Testing Location:

Warren, Michigan We are seeking an accountable and safety‑focused individual to join our Air Emissions Testing team as an Environmental / Field Technician based out of our Warren, Michigan office. This role supports air quality and emissions projects through hands‑on field testing, data collection, and technical reporting. The Environmental / Field Technician will play a key role in planning and executing air emissions testing programs while working closely with experienced technical staff, clients, and regulators. The position requires travel to a variety of project locations and comfort working outdoors and at heights on structures such as rooftops, towers, and emission sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and perform on‑site stack testing and source emissions monitoring in accordance with applicable federal and regional regulatory methods (e.g., EPA Reference Methods, ECCC). Plan and execute the technical aspects of air testing projects, including test setup, sampling activities, and field adjustments as needed. Plan and manage field deployments, including crew logistics, equipment preparation, and implementation of safety procedures. Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain air monitoring and sampling equipment to ensure accurate and reliable data collection. Analyze and consolidate collected field data while ensuring strict adherence to QA/QC protocols throughout testing and reporting. Prepare and contribute to technical reports that clearly document testing methods, results, and regulatory compliance. Serve as a technical liaison with clients, regulators, and internal teams to communicate project scope, progress, and findings. Work collaboratively with technical team members to support project goals, schedules, and quality standards.

Work Environment & Culture:

Regular fieldwork in industrial environments, including outdoor work and elevated locations. Travel to project sites as required. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and continuous learning. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
