Provide clear, accurate geological models that support: Short‑term mine planning Ore/waste discrimination Maximizing ore recovery and minimizing dilution and deletion Work closely with mine geologists and engineers to reconcile planned vs. actual development and production outcomes. Integrate drilling, mapping, and production reconciliation results to progressively improve model performance. Collaborate with mine geology, resource geology, and engineering teams to prioritize modeling tasks according to operational needs. Offer training and mentorship in modeling workflows, vein interpretation, and domaining methodologies. Communicate modeling progress, risks, and opportunities to technical leaders and operational stakeholders. Support the resource/reserve team with long‑range modeling, data QA/QC, and geological risk identification. Drive innovation in modeling techniques specific to narrow‑vein systems, including structural controls, vein continuity assessment, and grade variability.
