Senior Hydrogeologist (10-20 Years Experience)

This role is suited for a professional who enjoys leading technically challenging work, mentoring staff, and collaborating across disciplines on water resources, mining, industrial, and environmental remediation projects across the western United States and nationwide. What You'll Do Lead hydrogeologic investigations and analyses for mining, water resources, and remediation projects. Develop conceptual site models and oversee groundwater flow and water balance evaluations. Design and interpret aquifer tests, monitoring programs, and field investigations. Lead or support groundwater modeling efforts (e.g., MODFLOW or equivalent). Evaluate contaminant fate and transport, and support remediation design and performance monitoring. Prepare and review technical reports and regulatory submittals. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development. Collaborate with geochemists, hydrologists, and engineers on integrated solutions. Support client relationships and proposal development. What We're Looking For B.S. or M.S. in Hydrogeology, Geology, Engineering, or related field. 10-20 years of relevant experience. Strong background in groundwater system characterization and modeling. Experience with mining, industry, and/or environmental remediation projects. Demonstrated leadership in technical work and project execution. Professional licensure (P.G. and/or P.E.) or ability to obtain preferred but not required. Strong communication and technical writing skills. Experience in water and mine permitting (e.g., NPDES, MPDES, Water Rights, exploration and mine operation permitting). U.S. Citizen or permanent resident, valid driver's license and safe driving record, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
