When people think jewelry in this area, they think of us. With continued growth, we are looking to add a full-time Jewelry Appraiser to our Wilmington location. This role is ideal for a confident, experienced professional who values precision, integrity, and customer trust—and wants to work in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate jewelry appraisals for clients following industry best practices Evaluate diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry with confidence and consistency Communicate appraisal results clearly and professionally to customers Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for all appraisals Collaborate with sales and leadership teams as needed Uphold the company's high standards for customer experience and ethical practices Required Qualifications GIA Graduate Gemologist (GG) — Required Minimum 1 year of professional appraisal experience Strong diamond and gemstone grading skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to confidently interact with clients in a professional retail setting Preferred Experience Experience in an independent retail jewelry environment Additional years of appraisal experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$90,000 annual salary , depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Relocation assistance for qualified candidates 50% employer-paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Simple IRA with 3% company match Paid time off Employee discounts Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing company Why Join Us?
