Geologist Location:

New York City We are seeking an Geologist to support environmental and geotechnical projects across NYC. This role involves field investigations, data analysis, and construction monitoring for urban environmental compliance and remediation projects. BCP experience preferred . Responsibilities Support and monitor subsurface investigations (borings, Geoprobe, test pits) Perform soil, groundwater, bedrock, and soil vapor sampling per ASTM standards Assist with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments Conduct environmental and geotechnical construction monitoring Collect and manage environmental and geological data Support NYC/NYS compliance and remediation activities Contribute to technical reports and documentation Qualifications B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field 2+ years of consulting experience with Phase I/Phase II ESAs OSHA 40‑hr HAZWOPER and OSHA 30‑hr Construction Safety NYC DOB Training Connect Site Safety Card Experience with brownfield and remediation projects a plus Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
