This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned consultant who excels in client-facing work, project delivery, and business development.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical credentials, a proven consulting track record, and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients across industrial, commercial, and public‑sector markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex site investigation and remediation projects, including soil, groundwater, vapor intrusion, and regulatory compliance programsServe as a technical and strategic advisor to clients, regulators, and internal teamsAct as a primary client contact, managing relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded servicesDrive client development and revenue growth through proposal leadership, scope development, and networkingProvide senior technical review of investigation reports, remedial action plans, and closure documentationMentor and develop junior and mid‑level staff; contribute to team growth and technical excellenceCollaborate with regional and national leadership on strategy, staffing, and market expansion in TexasQualifications10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a strong emphasis on site assessment and remediationBachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related disciplineProfessional registration (PE and/or PG) strongly preferredDemonstrated success in client-facing roles, including repeat business and long‑term client relationshipsProven experience with business development, proposal leadership, and revenue generationSolid working knowledge of Texas and federal environmental regulations (e.g., TCEQ, EPA)Strong leadership, communication, and project management skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience leading large or multi‑site remediation programsFamiliarity with brownfields, industrial facilities, commercial developments, or energy‑related projectsEstablished professional network within one or more major Texas marketsLocation & FlexibilityThis role is based in Texas, with preference for candidates located near or willing to be based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, or Houston.
