Job Title:
Sr Environmental Reviewer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sr Environmental Reviewer to lead technical reviews and sign off on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). The ideal candidate should possess over ten years of experience and have strong communication skills, coupled with a background in geology, environmental science, or engineering. Attention to detail, experience with equity and lender ESAs, and the ability to mentor junior staff are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Conduct technical reviews and sign off as an Environmental Professional on Phase I ESAs. Coordinate with junior staff throughout the Phase I ESA process. Communicate findings effectively with clients. Manage research, field activities, and report preparation processes. Mentor and guide junior staff members. Develop conclusions and provide recommendations based on data. Interpret and analyze relevant data and information. Review and revise reports prepared by junior staff. Prepare detailed technical reports for clients. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related science field. 8-10 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs. 8-10 years of experience in technically reviewing and providing senior sign-off on Phase I ESAs. Experience in preparing equity purchase Phase I ESAs. Experience in preparing lender Phase I ESAs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in environmental remediation, report writing, and report preparation. Strong due diligence and environmental site assessment skills. Experience with real estate transactions, historical reviews, and site inspections. Knowledge of NEPA, commercial lenders, assessments, and documentation. Technical writing expertise. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment if local to Moorestown, NJ, with minimal travel of 5-10%. The company is a leading provider of comprehensive due diligence services, established in 1992. Our services include environmental, engineering, and seismic consulting, having expanded to a nationwide full-service provider, working across the United States, US territories, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorestown, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
