Chief Geologist Position Summary The Exploration Geologist supports the identification, evaluation, and advancement of uranium assets, with a focus on In-Situ Recovery (ISR) compatible deposits. This role is responsible for executing field programs, compiling and interpreting geological data, and supporting technical diligence for acquisitions. The position is critical to building the geological datasets and models that underpin resource evaluation, asset valuation, and development planning. Key Responsibilities Field Exploration Execution Conduct geological mapping, core/cuttings logging, and sampling Support planning and execution of drilling programs Coordinate with drilling contractors and field crews Ensure accurate, consistent, and well-documented field data collection Geological Interpretation & Modeling Interpret lithology, alteration, and uranium mineralization patterns Assist in development of geological maps, cross-sections, and models Integrate geological, geochemical, and geophysical data Support 2D/3D subsurface modeling and target refinement ISR Suitability Support Assist in evaluating deposits for ISR compatibility, including: o Host formation permeability and porosity o Identification of confining layers o Basic groundwater and formation observations o Collect field data relevant to hydrogeologic conditions o Collaborate with senior geologists and hydrogeologists Drill Program Support Log drill core and/or cuttings with precision Track samples, maintain chain-of-custody, and coordinate lab submissions Monitor drilling progress and identify geological anomalies Ensure QA/QC protocols are followed during drilling and sampling M&A and Technical Due Diligence Compile and digitize historical geological data for acquisition targets Review drill logs, maps, and prior reports Identify data gaps and support technical evaluations Assist in preparation of internal technical summaries Data Management & QA/QC Maintain organized geological databases and field records Implement QA/QC procedures for sampling and assay data Ensure data integrity, traceability, and audit readiness Support development of standardized data systems Reporting & Documentation Prepare maps, logs, cross-sections, and technical summaries Contribute to internal reports, investor materials, and data rooms Assist with preparation of reports aligned with: oNI 43-101
o JORC Code Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance Follow all field safety protocols and company HSE standards Support environmentally responsible exploration practices Assist with baseline environmental and groundwater data collection Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geoscience, or related field 2-7 years of experience in mineral exploration (uranium preferred) Experience with sedimentary-hosted or roll-front uranium systems is a plus Familiarity with logging, sampling, and field mapping techniques Basic understanding of hydrogeology and ISR mining concepts preferred Experience with geological software (e.g., ArcGIS) is a plus Core Competencies Strong field execution and observational skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently in remote environments Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams Adaptability in a fast-paced, early-stage company Success Profile (First 12-24 Months) Execute field programs that produce reliable, high-quality data Contribute to identification of ISR-compatible uranium targets Support technical diligence on initial acquisitions Build structured datasets for modeling and evaluation Become a trusted contributor to exploration and technical workflows Compensation Competitive base salary Equity participation aligned with company stage Field per diem and travel support Why This Role Matters This role builds the ground-level data and insight that informs acquisition decisions, supports resource evaluation, and enables the company to progress uranium assets toward ISR development and production.Benefits:
