Your Graduate Experience
You will be a valued member of our production mining and exploration geology teams, contributing to real geological outcomes from day one. Your golden opportunity in mining starts here.

You will:
Assist with grade control, ore mark-ups and daily geological interpretation across a range of our high grade assets.
Assist Geologists with planned drilling programs including logging, sampling and data collection, contributing to the valuable interpretation of early results.
Contribute to geological modelling, mapping and database management.
Monitor and report on reconciliation between model, grade control and production.
Contribute actively to safety on site and the systems that support safe work practices.
Build strong relationships across geology, mining and processing teams.
Deliver project work with clear accountability and outcomes.
About You
You are a motivated and curious Graduate Geologist who's ready to apply your knowledge in a real-world environment. You're driven by discovery, thrive on solving problems, and bring a practical mindset to every challenge. You're eager to learn from experienced mentors and contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team.
You bring:
Undergraduate Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences, completed within the most recent 2 years.
Vacation work experience in mining or exploration will be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive and safe mindset.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A current WA C Class (manual) driver's licence and eligibility for a National Police Clearance.
