Starting Pay Range:

$37.54/hr - $48.80/hr , depending on experience

Position Status:

Full-time, non-exempt

Shift:

Day Shift (participation in on-call rotation)

Shift Differentials:

Nights = +10% of base wage (after 6pm), Weekends = +15% of base wage

Job Summary:

The Medical Laboratory Scientist plays a vital role in patient care by collecting and analyzing clinical specimens across multiple laboratory disciplines, delivering accurate and timely test results using advanced technology. Health Insurance:

Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued at approximately 17 days for the first year of employment for hourly employees and 22 days for the first year of employment for salaried employees. PTO accrual increases as your length of service increases. This includes holidays.

Sick Leave:

Up to 48 hours per year.

Retirement Plan:

Up to a 3% employer match, which increases with your length of service. New employees are automatically enrolled at a 1% contribution rate (can be opted out). Employees must complete 5 years of employment to be 100% vested.

Term Life Insurance:

1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
