Travel Requirements:
Active MLS certification required (ASCP or AMT) Minimum 5 years of recent Blood Bank experience required Strong experience in immunohematology testing and transfusion procedures Proficiency in antibody identification, crossmatching, and blood product processing Experience with manual techniques, LISS, and PEG methodologies Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Job Details:
Assignment Length = 13 Weeks Hours per Week = 40 hours Open Positions = 3 Systems = Epic and SafeTrace (training provided)

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Blood Bank experience Active MLS certification (ASCP or AMT) Strong background in antibody identification and blood typing Experience resolving ABO discrepancies and performing antigen testing Familiarity with Epic and SafeTrace preferred Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced lab environment
Responsibilities:
Process, prepare, and issue blood products for transfusion Perform ABO/Rh typing and compatibility testing Conduct complex antibody identification procedures Execute immediate spin and AHG crossmatching Investigate and resolve discrepancies in blood typing Maintain quality control standards and laboratory documentation Operate lab systems and maintain accurate records Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure safe transfusion practices
