Job Description Sr. Medical Laboratory Scientist
- Hackensack, NJ
- One weekend a month
- Rotating shift as needed 6:30am-3:00pm Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Sr.
Pay Range:
$33.00- $54.

Supervisor Qualifications Required Work Experience:
Minimum of five to seven years clinical experience with two years in present department.Preferred Work Experience:
8 years or more in same department.Physical and Mental Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of timeKnowledge:
Foreign educated candidates must provide a detailed credential evaluation from IERF (International Education Research Foundation). United States educated candidates must provide a detailed original transcript.Skills:
Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills within department as well as with other functions within the company and third parties (i.e..clients) Must have the ability to establish work priorities for self and others and handle several procedures simultaneously including troubleshooting instruments and other problems/issues. Ability to schedule and manage resources to meet department goals. Must protect patient confidentiality at all times.Education:
BS in Medical Technology preferred; or BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology, or Associates degree in a Laboratory Science or Medical Technology, or Previously qualified as a Technologist under 42 CFR 493 About the Team Quest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
