Senior Research Staff & Post-doctoral Fellow Research Officer in the Division of Haematology, Medical Oncology and HSCT of the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 535063) We now invite applications for the captioned post. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the research and development of advanced molecular techniques Maintain quality assurance and smooth running of a research laboratory Supervise and mentor junior research staff and post-graduate students Perform other duties as assigned Requirements A Ph.D. degree in the field of Haematology, Oncology, or a related discipline, with experience in genomics data, bioinformatics, next-generation sequencing, nanopore sequencing, single-cell sequencing, and droplet-digital PCR Demonstrate a strong passion for scientific and clinical research, with knowledge of research-related computer softwares A good command of English Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-initiative, and the ability to work independently Knowledge on multi-omics technology platforms will be highly preferred What We Offer The appointment will commence as soon as possible on 1-year temporary basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
