  • Position Overview
  • We are partnering with a multi-product biologics facility to place a skilled QC Scientist on a growing quality team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented scientist with hands-on GMP lab experience to contribute to bulk drug substance and intermediate testing in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

  • Mon-Fri, 1st Shift during ~3-month training period, then Wed-Sat, 2nd Shift (

  • What You'll Do
  • + Execute and coordinate both routine and non-routine analytical testing of bulk drug substances and process intermediates as part of the IPC team.
+ Independently perform a variety of laboratory methods following established SOPs, including HPLC titer, UV-Vis absorbance, endotoxin testing, pH, osmolality, TOC, conductivity, and sample aliquotation. + Support lab operations by managing consumable inventory, disposing of expired reagents appropriately, and identifying and escalating equipment or process anomalies. + Deliver accurate, high-quality analytical results on time with a right-first-time approach, and document all work in compliance with cGMP and cGDP standards. + Follow all site procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality systems; promptly report deviations, OOS results, or abnormal findings. + Maintain lab workspaces in accordance with 5S and cleanliness standards. + Recognize and escalate safety concerns, and ensure personal training remains current and compliant. ────────────────────────────────────────────────────
  • What We're Looking For
  • + Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
+ 3-5 years of industry experience in a laboratory setting; GMP experience strongly preferred. + Proficiency with analytical techniques including HPLC (titer), aseptic technique, osmolality, TOC, and conductivity. + Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels. + Comfortable working independently as well as within a team to meet departmental and facility goals. + Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on precise, consistent execution. ──────────────────────────────────────────────────── This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
