In this role, you will apply your expertise in microbiology, molecular biology, and biochemistry to investigate microbial processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support product development. Responsibilities Conduct microbiological testing and analysis using techniques such as PCR, ELISA, Western blot, microscopy, and cell culture to identify and quantify microorganisms. Maintain strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Operate laboratory information management systems (LIMS) to accurately record, track, and report experimental data. Execute aseptic techniques during sample handling and culturing to prevent contamination in clinical laboratory settings. Support biochemistry experiments and microbiological assays aligned with FDA regulations for product safety and efficacy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scientific research initiatives, providing technical expertise in microbiology and laboratory procedures. Requirements Proven experience in microbiology or related laboratory environments with hands-on skills in PCR, ELISA, Western blot, microscopy, cell culture, RNA extraction, DNA isolation, and other molecular biology techniques. Strong knowledge of

GLP, CGMP

standards, FDA regulations, and aseptic techniques essential for clinical or pharmaceutical laboratories. Demonstrated ability to operate laboratory instrumentation such as microscopes, PCR machines, spectrophotometers, and LIMS systems efficiently. Background in biochemistry or microbiology with a focus on scientific research or clinical laboratory experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data recording and reporting. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced laboratory environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
