Assist with the development and delivery of microbiology-related training programs, including aseptic operator training, and ensure staff understand the rationale behind microbiological controls. Lead and take a proactive role in the design, qualification/validation, and maintenance of critical aseptic technique-related processes and studies. Provide oversight of the environmental monitoring program, including design and maintenance of monitoring plans for cleanrooms, water systems, and compressed air systems. Review routine and process environmental monitoring data, water system data, and compressed air results for trends, and support identification and implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
