In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of laboratory experiments and analyses to support ongoing research and development projects. Your expertise will contribute to advancing scientific understanding, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the integrity of laboratory procedures. Responsibilities Perform complex laboratory techniques including microbiology, histology, molecular biology, and other specialized procedures aligned with project needs. Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), FDA regulations, and Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) standards during all laboratory activities. Manage laboratory information systems for accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. Support clinical trials by preparing samples, maintaining documentation, and adhering to protocol specifications. Supervise laboratory staff and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate research projects by planning experiments, tracking progress, and analyzing results to inform ongoing development efforts. Maintain meticulous records of all laboratory activities, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance. Requirements Proven experience working within regulated environments such as GLP, FDA-regulated labs, or CGMP settings. Strong background in microbiology, histology, molecular biology, or related fields with hands-on laboratory experience. Familiarity with clinical laboratory procedures and clinical trial processes. Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data management. Demonstrated ability to supervise team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and interpretation. Knowledge of laboratory techniques including sample preparation, analysis methods, and safety protocols. Effective project management skills to coordinate research activities from inception through completion.
