$36-41/hr (W2) Our client is a leading global biopharmaceutical company focused on developing therapies for serious neurological, immunological, and rare diseases. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate Scientist to join their Physical Biochemistry group. This fully onsite role supports operational efficiencies within a fast-paced, innovative research environment, with opportunities to collaborate across the Therapeutics Modalities department. The selected candidate is expected to execute multi-step processes independently and communicate progress effectively in both oral and written formats. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Enable efficient reagent and study organization, documentation, and data reporting Monitor how protein reagents are stored and distributed across the department Perform crystallization workflows or straightforward biophysical analysis workflows Enable crystal storage and shipping Demonstrate diligence in equipment maintenance and inventory tracking Proactively manage ordering of laboratory supplies Provide support for day-to-day laboratory management activities Contribute to general laboratory organization and best practices for lab safety Education and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry or a related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in an industrial and/or academic laboratory setting Knowledge and Skills Strong collaborative and communication skills, both written and verbal Innovative approach to problem solving Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel ...
