Responsibilities:
Provide specialized clinical support in radiation therapy, diagnostic imaging, and nuclear medicine. Perform calibration, testing, and quality assurance for radiological equipment. Collaborate with physicians and treatment teams to evaluate and optimize patient care plans. Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements. Deliver technical guidance to clinical staff and participate in staff training and education initiatives. Document procedures and maintain accurate records in accordance with departmental policies.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Medical Physics or a related field. Certification through the American Board of Radiology or equivalent preferred. Previous clinical experience in medical physics, ideally in a hospital or large clinic setting. Thorough knowledge of QA procedures, treatment planning systems, and radiation safety. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
