An outpatient clinic is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to provide full-time coverage while recruiting a permanent provider. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive radiation oncology care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.$400/hr
Assignment Dates:
Start:
August 3, 2026Ongoing through end of year, with potential extension into 2027
Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PMNo callNo weekends

Setting:
Outpatient clinic
EMR:
EpicFull weekday coverage required for continuity of careCollaboration with multidisciplinary teams including medical oncology, surgery, and support staff
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage patients undergoing radiation therapyConduct new patient consultations, including review of imaging and pathologyDevelop and oversee radiation treatment plans in collaboration with physics and dosimetry teamsProvide follow-up care and survivorship planning
Requirements:
Board Certified in Radiation Oncology RequiredActive Illinois License Required (IMLC not accepted)DEA RequiredCSR License RequiredACLS RequiredMinimum 1 year of experience
