Job Description

  • Full-time Radiation Oncologist
  • Location:
    Baltimore, Maryland
  • Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
  • Opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where physician input, quality of care, and work-life balance are highly valued
  • Primarily based in Baltimore with occasional coverage responsibilities at a regional cancer center in Westminster, Maryland
  • New state-of-the-art four-story cancer center scheduled to open in Summer 2026
  • Practice supported by advanced radiation oncology technology and modern treatment systems
  • Equipment includes Varian TrueBeam and Edge Linear Accelerators, Eclipse Treatment Planning System, Philips CT Simulator, HDR capabilities, and advanced
SRS/SBRT
programs with neurosurgical collaboration
  • Opportunity to treat a diverse patient population within a growing multidisciplinary oncology program
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment with strong physician and staff relationships
  • Teaching hospital environment with opportunities to work alongside residents and medical students
  • Healthcare system serves more than one million patients annually with a broad network of hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals
  • Newly developed outpatient cancer center designed to provide integrated oncology services including infusion therapy, radiation oncology, exam rooms, and pediatric care
Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree with subspecialty training in Radiation Oncology
  • Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
  • Eligible for unrestricted Maryland medical license, CDS, and DEA license
  • Minimum of three years of post-residency experience preferred
  • Experience with consultations, CT simulations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
  • Preferred experience with: o Varian TrueBeam/Edge Linear Accelerators with Brainlab o IGRT including Cone Beam CT o Eclipse treatment planning and ARIA record & verify systems o 3D Conformal, SRS, SRT, SBRT, IMRT/VMAT, and HDR treatment modalities o CT Simulation technology
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Guaranteed base salary ranging from $375,000-$500,000 based on experience, plus production incentives
