Locum Coverage for Current Radiation Oncologist's Vacation and LOA Primary Worksite
  • Altru Cancer Center. 960 S Columbia Rd, Grand Forks, ND 58201 Worksite Setting (clinic/hospital, inpatient/outpatient/both, # of beds)
  • Clinic Work Schedule (Dates of coverage, schedules/hours, call schedule)
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Equipment
  • Currently, we have Accuray equipment; one Tomotherapy machine and one Radixact. We are in the process of replacing our Tomotherapy machine with a Varian Linac, which will be operational in September 2026. We currently use Mosaic and again, transitioning to Aria in September 2026 Patient/Caseload Info. (Patient per day/hour, call volume, procedure volume)
  • Daily Estimate of 18 to 24 patients. No call required. Staff Info. (Support staff info.)
  • Physicist (2), Dosimetrist (2), Radiation Therapists (4), Radiation Oncology APP (1), Nurse (1), Patient Access (1)
  • Provider Requirements:
  • Board Certified
  • Yes, required to be board certified in radiation oncology. Required Procedures/Skills (Need details): Licensure requirement
  • North Dakota license. Will consider IMLC if the provider has an easily transferrable DEA.
  • Expenses:
  • Flight cap
  • $1,200 round trip Rental car
  • Use Avis:
    Daily max $55, standard car up to $300/week Housing
  • Use preferred hotels: Springhill Suites, Staybridge, Hampton Inn, La Quinta #
