                        Ability to provide 2 weeks/month consistently

                          Patient Volume:
                          18-24 patients per day
                            Case Mix:
                            Radiation oncology treatments and management
                              Call Volume:
                              None
                              FACILITY INFORMATION
                                EMR System:
                                Epic (transitioning systems in Sept 2026)
                                  Equipment:
                                  • Accuray platform (Tomotherapy & Radixact)
                                  • Transition to Varian LINAC (Sept 2026)
                                  • Current system: Mosaic → transitioning to Aria
                                  Support Staff:
                                  • Physicists (2)
                                  • Dosimetrists (2)
                                  • Radiation Therapists (4)
                                  • Radiation Oncology APP (1)
                                  • Nurse (1)
                                  • Patient Access (1)
                                  • Reason for
                                  Coverage:
                                  Physician vacation and leave of absence
                                  PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
                                    Board Certification:
                                    Required
                                    • Radiation Oncology
                                    Licensure:
                                    North Dakota license required (IMLC accepted if transferable DEA)
                                      Minimum Experience:
                                      2 years
                                      REQUIRED PROCEDURES
                                      • External beam radiation therapy
                                      • Treatment planning and delivery oversight
                                      • Image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT)
                                      • Use of Tomotherapy/Radixact systems (preferred experience)
                                      DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
                                      • Provide radiation oncology clinical services in outpatient setting
                                      • Evaluate, plan, and manage radiation therapy treatments
                                      • Collaborate with physicists, dosimetrists, and oncology team
                                      • Oversee treatment delivery and ensure quality/safety standards
                                      • Document care in EMR and coordinate multidisciplinary oncology care
