Job Description

Join Our Team as a Locum Physician - Radiation Oncology in Lima, OH! Are you a dedicated Radiation Oncologist looking for flexible, rewarding locum opportunities? Bon Secours St. Ritas Cancer Center is seeking skilled physicians to provide essential coverage in Lima, Ohio, helping us deliver exceptional care to adult cancer patients in a dynamic outpatient setting. What You'll Do:
Provide expert outpatient radiation oncology services at state-of-the-art facilities, including St. Rita s Cancer Center and Grand Lake Regional Cancer Center. Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver a range of procedures, including IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, and more, while managing a patient load of approximately 20 outpatients daily. Cover scheduled dates from June 29, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with a consistent Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm schedule. This role also involves ordering tests, imaging, and prescribing treatments within your scope.
Required Skills:
Board-certified or eligible in Radiation Oncology Valid medical license in Ohio or ability to obtain one Proven experience in delivering advanced radiation therapy techniques Strong diagnostic and clinical judgment Excellent communication and patient care skills Nice to
Have Skills:
Familiarity with Mosaiq and Epic EMR systems Previous experience in outpatient cancer centers Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree with BOARD certification in Radiation Oncology Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in radiation oncology Experience with a variety of radiation techniques and procedures
Other Requirements:
Credentialing process estimated to take 90-120 days Ability to travel to Lima and Celina, Ohio; facility reimbursements for flight, hotel, and rental car provided Must be available for a minimum of 2 weeks per month during coverage periods Take the next step in your radiation oncology career by joining a dedicated team committed to patient-centered care.
