This isn't just a job. It's a place to build a career and a community. About the Role We're seeking a Senior R&D Tax Associate to join our rapidly growing tax practice. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering and expanding Redpath's R&D tax credit services. You'll work closely with clients across a variety of industries, helping them identify and claim valuable federal and state tax incentives while gaining visibility and mentorship within a collaborative team. What You'll Do Support the development and execution of R&D tax credit engagements Assist clients in identifying, qualifying, documenting, and maximizing R&D tax credit opportunities Conduct tax research and analyze technical tax issues related to R&D and other incentives Participate in and help manage day-to-day engagement execution and project implementation Collaborate with internal teams and serve as a subject matter resource on R&D tax credits Build trusted client relationships and support business development initiatives What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required) CPA or advanced degree/certification (MST, LLM, JD) preferred 3-6 years of experience in public accounting or tax consulting, with exposure to R&D tax credits Familiarity with tax credits and incentives (e.g., IRC 179D, IRC 45L, cost segregation, etc.) a plus Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Willingness to travel to client locations as needed Alignment with Redpath's core values:
