Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We're currently representing a highly regarded, chef-driven hospitality group in the Pacific Northwest in their search for a Regional Culinary Director to oversee three locations—one in Portland and two in Seattle. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that values creativity, seasonality, and operational excellence at the highest level. About the Role This position offers a unique blend of hands-on leadership and multi-unit oversight. While responsible for guiding culinary operations across all three locations, the Regional Culinary Director will take a leading, day-to-day role at the group's flagship Seattle restaurant. This individual will act as the culinary standard-bearer—driving execution, mentoring teams, and ensuring consistency while collaborating closely with ownership on long-term vision and growth. What you're responsible for
- Serving as the culinary leader at the flagship Seattle location with an active, on-the-floor presence
- Providing strategic oversight and support to culinary teams in both Seattle and Portland
- Maintaining exceptional standards in food quality, consistency, and presentation across all units
- Leading menu development with a focus on seasonality and Pacific Northwest ingredients
- Driving financial performance through effective management of food cost, labor, and purchasing
- Developing and mentoring culinary leaders, building strong and sustainable teams
- Partnering with ownership and senior leadership on brand direction and future growth What We're Looking For
- Proven success in a multi-unit culinary leadership role (Regional Chef, Culinary Director, etc.)
- Strong operational discipline with a passion for being hands-on in the kitchen
- Experience in high-volume, chef-driven, or upscale dining environments
- Deep appreciation for local sourcing, sustainability, and seasonal menu development
- A natural leader with exceptional communication and team-building skills
- Flexibility to travel between Seattle and Portland as needed Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $125,000
- 20% performance-based bonus + additional incentives
