BEPC Inc. is seeking a Cytology Research Associate to support laboratory research and development activities for our client. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on lab experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to innovative projects in cytology and diagnostic development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute experimental protocols with minimal supervision, including data collection and analysis Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses for team review Maintain accurate and compliant laboratory documentation (GMP, GLP, Design Control) Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and innovation Contribute to process improvements and identification of potential patentable work Train team members and ensure adherence to quality standards and "Quality First Time" principles Apply appropriate scientific methods and techniques to solve complex problems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline 2-4 years of relevant laboratory experience post-graduation Proficiency in laboratory techniques and scientific literature research Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling cytology specimens Experience preparing cytology slides using Hologic T2000 or BD Totalys systems
