BEPC Inc. has an open position for a Research Associate III/ Senior Research Associate, in the Tucson, AZ area!
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing experiments, analyzing complex data, troubleshooting technical challenges, and contributing to cross-functional project teams. Candidates with experience in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH) are highly preferred.

will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Design experimental plans to support research and project objectives. Conduct laboratory experiments and document detailed observations. Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses. Develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve project goals. Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes and work environments. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in or lead cross-functional technical teams, including failure investigations and project initiatives. Collaborate effectively with scientists, researchers, and project teams to drive successful outcomes. Present experimental procedures, findings, and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders. Apply independent judgment when evaluating complex scientific data and research outcomes. Qualifications Research Associate III Requirements Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline. Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience following completion of a Bachelor's degree. Experience conducting laboratory research and experimental studies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills. Senior Research Associate Requirements Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 6+ years of relevant industry experience , OR Master's degree in a scientific discipline with 1+ year of relevant industry experience . Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and analyze complex experiments. Experience contributing to technical teams and scientific projects. Preferred Qualifications Industry experience within biotechnology, diagnostics, life sciences, or related fields. Experience with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) . Experience with In Situ Hybridization (ISH) . Strong technical writing and presentation skills. Experience troubleshooting laboratory assays and instrumentation.
