Research Associate - III•#26-11192 Foster City, CA All On-site 53 weeks Job Description Our Client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Research Associate - III for their Foster City, CA location.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute experiments to support cell culture process optimization and characterization during pivotal development phases. Support cell culture platform development and pilot plant operations as needed. Maintain a state-of-the-art cell culture development laboratory, including equipment upkeep and consumables management. Ensure high-quality and timely documentation of data in electronic laboratory notebooks. Collect, analyze, and visualize data from laboratory experiments. Present results of work, interprets data, and draws conclusions regarding presented material and nature of work. Participates in the equipment maintenance and continued improvement of lab and data handling best practices. Adhere to department budget, all trainings, regulatory compliance, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

B.S. with 2+ years or M.S. with 0+ years in a relevant scientific discipline (bioengineering, chemical engineering, biochemical engineering). Hands-on laboratory operations experience including shake flask, high-throughput bioreactors, bench scale bioreactor, and pilot scale cultures. Excellent communication, technical writing, presentation skills and aptitude for creative problem solving. Demonstrated ability to collaborate, work in a team setting, and influence cross-functionally. Working knowledge of lab automation, data management, data science, knowledge management and data protection. Why Should You Apply?
