Under general supervision, the analyst will assist with the planning, development, and execution of program operations across partner institutions; support IRB protocol submissions and regulatory compliance; coordinate site readiness, assessment scheduling, and data collection activities; and contribute to the development of program deliverables, including reports, presentations, communications, and meeting materials. The role works closely with internal and external partners, including UCLA investigators, partner-site teams, funders, and community representatives. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and writing skills, experience in clinical or public health research settings, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex, multi-stakeholder projects. This is a limited position that may convert to career.

Hourly Qualifications All Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience. Ability to work independently and also have interpersonal skills to work with teams. Demonstrated writing skills to produce wide range of documents and deliverables. Experience communicating effectively and professionally and working with a variety of internal and external partners, including UCLA administrators, outside funders, policy makers and community representatives. Working knowledge of evaluation, creating datasets, grant writing and proposal submission. Strong organizational skills to successfully work on and track complex programs involving short deadlines and multiple tasks, in coordination with multiple teams to achieve program/project mission and goals. Working knowledge of program/project development, evaluation, creating datasets, financial management and reporting, research principles including CITI training, grant writing and proposal submission, University procedures and policies, program/project related federal and state regulations. Ability to seek out and learn new policies, procedures, and software to advance the mission of the program/project. Ability to train new program/project managers and other staff within and external to the unit.
