job summary: The Analytical Operations Associate will be supporting the Analytical Operations (AO) team for the execution of characterization testing, and this is a hands-on laboratory-based position located in South San Francisco.

South San Francisco, California job type: Contract salary: $25 - 29 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Execute characterization assays within the AO portfolio (ddPCR, ELISA, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, and others)Prepare controls for assays and use statistics to determine rangesAccurately report results and analyze data within current electronic lab notebookSupporting AO team with their development experiments if anyParticipate in lab management of samples and consumablesAccurately document assay results and analyze dataAdditional duties as assigned qualifications: Required Relevant Science or Engineering discipline with 0-2+ years biopharmaceutical industry experienceSuccessful in operating independently and in a team functionStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood documentation, data organization, and attention to detail Preferred Prior experience with ELISA and/or ddPCRBasic understanding of statisticsPrior experience with JMPExperience in an ALCOA+ environmentPrior experience with Benchling or equivalentPrior AAV gene therapy vector or other viral particle production experience #LI-LH1 skills:
