Job Summary:

We seek a high-energy professional to support general research production work in a newly established laboratory operating specialized automated platforms. Our team values individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Support automated laboratory processes and instrumentation for daily operations. Prepare materials and samples for processing on automated platforms. Assist with troubleshooting and provide operational support for laboratory automation systems. Follow established lab procedures, participate in collaborative workflows, and maintain laboratory documentation.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a closely related scientific discipline. General laboratory experience, including daily use of PPE (lab coat, gloves, safety glasses) and support of scientific workflows. Strong ability to learn and operate specialized laboratory automation platforms, including troubleshooting and problem-solving aptitudes. Excellent communication and organizational skills with proven attention to detail.
