Neurocognitive Care APC Fellowship

Job Details ChristianaCare is looking for APC Applicants (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants) who have been licensed less than 18 months to join our innovative and customized 12 month APC Fellowship in Neurocognitive Care. The selected candidate will be given the opportunity to obtain expertise in the treatment of patients with complex neurocognitive and neuropsychiatric disorders (such as Alzheimer's disease, vascular, frontotemporal, Lewy Body dementia, Parkinson's disease, mild cognitive impairment). Based at ChristianaCare' s Swank Memory Center, fellows will engage in an immersive learning environment, alongside a multidisciplinary care team that includes geriatric medicine, geriatric psychiatry, neurology, nursing, and social work. Experts in sleep medicine, neuroradiology, pharmacology, and genetics provide additional training and supervision. Program, and fellows will work close our GUIDE Teams. Weekly didactics and supervision fosters learning in a supportive environment that nurtures work/life balance. Each selected Fellow will receive an annual salary of $82,000. Fellows are considered full-time employees of ChristianaCare with benefits. The expectation is that Fellows who meet performance objectives and demonstrate ChristianaCare values will apply for permanent employment in a CCHS practice after completing the program at a rate commensurate with 1 year of experience. Education and Experience Requirements:

Master's degree as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse or graduation from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant Program License or license eligible in the State of Delaware Prescriptive authority required in Delaware Certification in BLS To apply for this program, you will need to complete the online application, submit a resume, and cover letter. Hourly Pay Range:

$41.00 - $112.75 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
