Job Description

Fellowship Description:
Lead special projects for orthopedic service line management. Assist in measuring and tracking the success of executed communications/marketing initiatives. Support the philosophy, code of ethics, and set of values in a company dedicated to excellence in patient care and healthcare administration. Acquire marketable administrative and technical skills. Demonstrate management potential in specific areas at various levels through the diversified line and/or staff responsibilities that will contribute to the organization. Work with surgeons, facilities, Insurance companies, team members and patients Develop core infrastructure for expanding service line. Develop strategies to face healthcare obstacles. Work directly with clinic leaders and patient navigators to improve patient services and process efficiencies.
