This position will create a framework for analyzing an open-source Digital Historic Newspapers Database. Create an app to search for terms related to an ongoing research project Provide a searchable framework for a musicologist working with newspaper data Assist with the preparation of scholarly publications, conference presentations, and project reports Assist faculty with training materials Other duties as assigned Currently admitted to the graduate degree program in Data Science at NCF Music undergraduate major Experience engaging digital historical newspapers Understanding of musicology as a discipline
