- 7:30pm In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Organize, prioritize, and direct a team of associates synthesizing oligonucleotides Assist with associate training, evaluations, performance management, and development Communicate with management and associates to advocate for associate concerns and help ensure management directives are carried out The essential requirements of the job include: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
12 months lab experience and proficient in two production functions. Understanding of a full value stream. Ability to perform and transition through a variety of tasks with concurrent deadlines daily with urgency and efficiency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Bachelor's degree preferred. Facilitating cooperation, teamwork, and pride among a team with diverse personalities and goals preferred. Successful completion of Technician III course requirements and use of continuous improvement tools (DBS) preferred. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
