at Insight Global in O'Fallon, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a Mission Assurance Research Analyst to support a multi-disciplinary action research effort in collaboration with the Air Force Research Laboratory ( AFRL ) and U.S. Transportation Command ( USTRANSCOM ). The Research Analyst will work closely with program leadership and stakeholders to design, execute, and support initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, staff performance, and mission resilience within the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise ( JDDE ). This role integrates organizational development (OD) and performance improvement practices into mission assurance efforts to ensure effective execution in both steady-state and contingency environments.
