Research Assistant Summer BREATHE Program (Seasonal)

POSITION SUMMARY

The BREATHE Program Research Assistant position is for the

KU BREATHE

Summer Treatment Program, an evidence-based therapeutic program for children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The Program Research Assistant will provide clerical support to the Program Directors and Lead Counselors, including assisting with data collection, entry, and analysis, filing/organizing documents, and communicating with families about research issues (e.g., following up with families about completing required measures). The Program Research Assistant will attend at least four half-day trainings, May 27th -30th, 2025. Program Research Assistant will work 15 hours per week (Mondays-Wednesdays 8:30a.m - 12:00p.m. and Thursdays 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Working with other staff members to plan and coordinate program events Participate in staff meetings. Compliance with HIPAA guidelines and procedures. Maintains knowledge of and adheres to all standards of Universal Precautions. Reliable Attendance and Punctuality. Daily computer entry of program data. Filing/organizing. Being the "go to" person for any nonclinical research needs of the staff/program. Offering administrative support as needed. Other duties as assigned.
