$36-41/hr (W2) Our client is a leading global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of innovative therapies. They are seeking a Research Associate to support their BioDesign, Biotherapeutics Discovery and Delivery team, contributing to tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs in an onsite laboratory setting. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Support tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs Process animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction Perform MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses Perform cell-based function assays to characterize biotherapeutics Establish SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature Maintain electronic laboratory notebook Education and Experience BS in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field 1+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry or post-bachelor's research Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, Western blot, ELISA, etc.) Knowledge and Skills Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams Previous experience with animal tissue processing (preferred) Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays (preferred) Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays (preferred) ...
