Job Description
Pay Range:
$33-43/hr- depending on experience Direct responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs
- Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction
- Performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses
- Performing cell-based functional assays to characterize biotherapeutics
- Establishing SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature
- Maintaining electronic laboratory notebook
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelor's research
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.)
- Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams
Preferred:
- Previous experience with animal tissue processing
- Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays
- Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays
