Job Description

US_Research and Development Associate I
Location:
Onsite, Cambridge Campus ​1 YEAR Direct responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction Performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses Performing cell-based fucntional assays to characterize biotherapeutics Establishing SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature Maintaining electronic laboratory notebook
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelor's research Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.) Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams
Preferred:
Previous experience with animal tissue processing. Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays. Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays. #TB_PH #ZRHC Why TalentBurst?
