Pay:
Up to 54/hr depending on relevant education Position Summary Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a notable global biopharmaceuticalanization known for advancing innovative therapies through cutting-edge research, development, and manufacturing. We are seeking a Research Associate II to support analytical development activities within a collaborative laboratory environment. This role is responsible for the execution, analysis, and interpretation of analytical experiments utilizing chromatography and electrophoresis-based techniques. The successful candidate will contribute to project milestones through accurate experimental execution, data analysis, and technical problem-solving. This is an excellent opportunity for analytical scientists with hands-on industry experience in HPLC, CE, and automated analytical systems who are looking to contribute to a fast-paced pharmaceutical research environment. Key Responsibilities Analytical Testing & Experimental Execution Execute analytical experiments and procedures in accordance with established methods and protocols Perform routine and advanced analytical testing using: High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) Automated analytical platforms Generate high-quality analytical data to support research and development programs Troubleshoot routine technical issues and assist with method optimization activities Data Analysis & Scientific ing Compile, analyze, and interpret analytical data Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory documentation Prepare summaries of experimental findings and technical observations Present results and project updates to team members as required Assist supervisors with data interpretation and scientific conclusions Project Support Plan and prioritize multiple experimental activities simultaneously Contribute to project milestones and deliverables within established timelines Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support program objectives Ensure all activities are performed according to laboratory standards and procedures Compliance & Quality Follow established laboratory procedures and documentation practices Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all experimental activities Ensurepliance with applicable safety and quality standards Support a collaborative and quality-focused laboratory culture Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry 3-6 years of industry laboratory experience (academic research experience alone is not sufficient) Hands-on experience with: HPLC Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) Analytical automation systems Experience using chromatography software such as: Empower ChemStation Similar analytical data systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbalmunication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated laboratory environments Ability to learn new technologies and analytical methods quickly Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative team settings Experience presenting scientific data and experimental results Why work for Adecco? Pay Details:
