Full Job Description Overview:
The Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Study and Human Development is committed to strengths-based and systems-connected understanding of the lives of diverse children, youth, families, and communities. The department provides a vibrant, inclusive, multidisciplinary community dedicated to applied research, learner-centered teaching, and preparing students for a variety of careers. We offer the following degree programs: a BA in child study and human development, an MA program with both research and professional development opportunities, and one of the nation's leading doctoral programs focused on applied developmental science.
What You'll Do:
Under direction of faculty or senior research staff, participates in design and development of research study, execution of protocols and plans, data analysis and reporting of results for research projects and studies. Participates in formulating research design, methodologies and study protocols Assists in maintaining data management systems, reviews data and trains users Performs data analysis and interprets results Assists in preparation of summaries, reports, manuscripts, presentations and other study literature Assists in writing proposals for continued or new funding sources Represents research study Provides study information and answers questions May present information at conferences, seminars

Knowledge and experience typically acquired by: Bachelor's Degree Research experience in related discipline Research and data management skills Proficiency with statistical software

Minimum $49,500.00, Midpoint $62,000.00, Maximum $74,500.00
