We have over 2,300 people who are #HappyatFoley, and we think you will be too. #LI-Hybrid The Intellectual Property (IP) Docket Analyst is responsible for analyzing incoming mail, including electronic mail, hard copy mail and faxes, and other pertinent data to be entered into the IP Docketing database; runs and clears daily dockets; prepares special reports for attorneys and clients. Responsibilities Analyze incoming correspondence related to the prosecution of intellectual property rights, discerning the pertinent information and entering it into the docketing database Reconcile client, foreign agent and attorney correspondence against docketed due dates in order to rectify the daily docket Research the Code of Federal Regulations, Manual of Industrial Property, Kluwer IP Law and other Intellectual Property resources to resolve complex docketing issues Professional and effective communication with attorneys and staff, to include answering docket related questions Timely preparation of customized reports Resolve inaccuracies and other associated requests where applicable Perform all other job related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of three (3) years' experience in IP Docketing required US Patent prosecution knowledge required; foreign and/or trademark prosecution knowledge a plus In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The figures below represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley. Madison, Detroit- $63,900 to $89,500 Dallas
