This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical skills, an interest in process improvement, and experience working with data and experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve bill of materials (BOM) discrepancies by partnering with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Support the migration of ingredient data between systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through auditing and validation activities. Assist with the design and execution of Design of Experiments (DoE) studies focused on optimizing blend times for powdered product manufacturing processes. Analyze data, document findings, and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency and product consistency.
