  • Hard Science General Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Technical Specialist or Patent Agent to join their team in Saint Cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-tech patent prosecution and proficiency in patent searching and drafting IP-related opinions. Duties
  • Conduct patent searches and draft patentability opinions.
  • Prepare freedom-to-operate and other IP-related opinions.
  • Support complex patent prosecution matters. Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in high-tech patent prosecution.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative with intellectual curiosity.
  • Prior experience as a patent agent or in a law firm or industry setting preferred. Education
  • Advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field. Certifications
